Must have verifiable experience. 1. Landscape Maintenance Crew leader 2. Landscape Maintenance Crew members 3. Landscape construction crew members 4. Handyman type property repairs/maintenance 5. Concrete Finishers 6. Dump truck drivers 7. Carpenters 8. Tile setters / flooring techs 9. Asphalt crew members 10. General construction laborers 11. Tree removal groundsmen Minimum 40-60 hours per week. Pay scale will reflect experience level and capabilities.
