Description
We are currently interviewing for the position of part-time maintenance technician for office buildings.
Responsibilities:
• Performs and ensures that all assigned maintenance requests are handled within designated time frame.
• Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the property and immediately report any maintenance issues to management.
• Maintains the appearance of grounds areas and parking lots.
• Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation and have the flexibility to occasionally respond to 'off-hour' emergency situations.
Requirements:
• General knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building systems, maintenance, etc.
• Works well independently, good problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Be dependable/reliable, follow through on commitments, and produce timely work.
• At least two years in building maintenance or related trade(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
