Police harassment protecting a rapist

I brought to the attention to palatine baseball community members that I needed evidence as a suspect in an identity theft, who has abusive past, drug addiction was near children and local community baseball fields. Rather than assist with photo evidence the township has made me public enemy number one for requesting investigations into fraud, harassment and cyber crimes. Palatine police threatened me three times for communicating with townhall my concerns after they refused to investigate file a police report or help collect evidence. Instead Ive been the recipient of harassment and the township is protecting an abusive dangerous person lurking near children. He may has ties to wealth in palatine or these community organizations which is causing this illegal police harassment. And negligence by the township.
