Established Band Seeking Multi-Brass player Trumpet

Established band who has been actively performing for 13 years is seeking a Multi-Brass player (mainly Trumpet, Flugelhorn, Trombone but we will take as many brass as you have and play) to jump in a start learning our music right away. We offer a extremely versatile opportunity for the right musician to play a wide range of vintage and retro styles touching genres of big band, swing, jump blues, jazz, Dixieland, some modern day tunes with a bit of a vintage twist and even some country just to name a few. We rarely limit ourselves to a particular style and it has truly been what has made us such a success these past 13 years. All our musician are either full time employed outside of the band or retired, many of our musician are musically degreed and come from a music background. We love what we do and play as often as we can. Most of our gigs end by 10pm and our typical gigs are Fri-Sun, however lately we have had a rush of weekday festivals and corporate events so that has to be workable (we usually have months advance notice to arrange schedules). We are currently gigging 4-6 times a month our slower months are winter, we are most active from mar - oct. We do travel outside the metroplex a few times a year but within Texas only at this point.
