I come with some stipulations, first my parents would like to keep in contact as much as possible which picture and information about how I adopting to my new family. And if I do not work out I will get to go back home. ASAP. My mom says if you can't pay $100 rehoming fee and you are on a budget you have no chance to get me. Because I cost money.
