Plumber, Tiling and Handyman for Rental Turnaround

I obviously dont need one person/company to do all 3 of these. So can do bid on just one or two. 1. Replace bathtub. Current bathtub (pic attached) has some rusting and in addition I believe the basket strainer has issue. So looking to pullout existing tub and put in new one. Would also want to see if we can install spout so just doesnt have shower. 2. Tiling: About 40 tiles to be replaced in kitchen. In addition bath surround will need to be repaired when bathtub work is done. 3. Handyman: Assorted items - some external eaves have some wood rot - two electrical outlets to be installed. - two kitchen drawers need repair - 3 mirrored closet doors to be installed - Some stucco repair If interested in bidding on any of these, let me know.
