Free Dog to LOVING home

I have a dog, he's a fairly old dog, neutered, and chipped. I can't keep him because the house I'm moving to does not accept pets and I don't want to put him back in the shelter in fears of him getting eunthized and since his old age I don't think anyone would want to adopt him. He is sort of cautious of new people, he barks when someone's at the door and stuff, he likes to go on small walks. He sort of get along with other dogs from what I seen. Like if another dog is trying to get his food he'll bark and stuff and like if they are too much in his personal space then he'll have a problem but he can co-exist with other dogs. Please I just want someone to give him a loving home, I don't want him to end up in the shelter abandoned. There is no reforming fee I just ask that he goes to a loving home
