A local metal recycling company is adding a Metal Sorter to their team in Tacoma. This position offers competitive pay, excellent union benefits, stability, and paid training into more skilled roles. As a Metal Sorter, you will be responsible for identifying different types of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, separating material in accordance with requirements for proper disposal, and preparing material for shipping to clients. Training and certifications are available on identifying metal types, testing methods, forklift operation, and heavy equipment operation.
