General Labor • Property lawn maintenance • Digging and hauling • Jobsite clean-up • Warehouse organization and clean up • Organizing tools • Loading and unloading trucks • Moving Materials • Ability be able to lift 50 lbs. • Ability to able to climb ladders • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and stand for long periods of time. • Ability to work in outdoor weather year round • Strong attention to detail • Be responsible and reliable • Must have reliable transportation • Other duties as assigned • Maintain safety practices at all times • Must speak fluent English • 1 year of construction experience is desired, but not required • Sheetrock/tape/float/ and paint skills are a plus • Trim/baseboard skills are a plus Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 7/8 am to 4/5 pm (40 hrs per week) Must be willing to work weekends occasionally as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
