Be a 1:1 Aid at an Elementary School

We are looking for an aid for our handicapped daughter who "volunteers" at our local elementary school. This will be a year round, full time job with benefits, and vacation time. Hours would be approximately 8:00 - 5:00, so some hours will be at home as well. Hannah helps out with greeting the students as they come to and from campus. She volunteers in the library, art, science, and some of the classrooms, and helps on the playground at recess too. She spends her day helping where she's needed and teaching the kids to be inclusive. This is her 5th year at the school, but her current aid of many years is retiring and moving closer to her own kids up north. We will miss her. Training for the job would start at the end of the school year, June 10th, and we are looking for at least a one year commitment, but would prefer two. The job is perfect for anyone who has experience working with children, or people with disabilities. No experience with disabiities is necessary, but experience with children is important.
