Experienced gardener - maintain gardens & mow lawn

Help wanted for maintaining perennial gardens and lawn mowing of small yard in downtown Northampton neighborhood. Looking for an experienced gardener to help get a new yard/garden established. This includes weeding of mulched beds of new shrubs and some weeding of small perennial garden. In addition, existing grape vines & a small tree will need occasional trimming and additional mulch in some areas will need to be spread this spring. Also, we would like the lawn mowed once every 10-14 days - as needed - but it is small and only takes about 20 mins. Lawn mower and garden tools will be provided. This is a rental property so it doesn’t need to be perfect - just tidy. About 12 hours per month, $20 per hour, make your own schedule.
