We are a real estate management company, and are currently looking to expand our vendor network. Our company completes renovations on single family homes. We have a few renovations that we are looking to hire crews. Most renovations include any of the following: Demolition, sheetrock, painting, carpentry, flooring, roofing, siding, windows, appliance installation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. The average repair/ renovation ranges from $2,500-$25,000. We are looking for experienced companies that focus on REO properties and renovations. Preferably a company that has a 3-4 man crew and are proficient in all phases of construction.
