How can you support your pregnant and postpartum athletes to stay in the gym and continue training? What changes in training should you make? When do you modify movements? Do you know when you are pushing too much or not enough?
Come join us on June 11th from 9 am - 10:30 am and spend the morning building your confidence in supporting your athletes through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. This workshop is led by Heather, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Specialist, and CrossFit Level-1 Trainer. Heather specializes in working with the pregnant and postpartum athlete and is passionate about building a support network for these women in the community.
