North Thurston TCYFL Ram's coaching staff will be offering a free youth speed and agility clinic to all athletes. Over the two days coaches will focus on proper techniques that will translate to performance on the field. Coaches will work with athletes on acceleration, breaking down, and change of direction. Drills including 3 cone, 4 cone, 40 times, ball tracking, catching drills and much more will be taught. Furthermore, a focus on teamwork and how to conduct yourself as an athlete will be demonstrated at the clinic. The clinic will be June 13 and June 14 from 6-8pm. Please arrive 10-15 min early on June 13 to sign your athlete in.
