Celebrate Mind, Body, and Community Connections! Yoga means union. It is a connection between each inhale and exhale, between mind and body, between community and individuals. Every year, International Yoga Day gives us the opportunity to reconnect with the magic within us all, on our mats and globally. These varied and beautiful yoga practices give us an opportunity to mindfully cultivate connections within our bodies, relationships, communities, and the world. Come experience yoga and meditation down at the Levee stage for FREE! We'll have local teachers, studio and yoga teacher training opportunities, and more! All classes are family friendly (bring the kids!) and accessible for all levels of experience (unless otherwise noted). Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat, blanket (for additional space on the grass), towels, and plenty of water and sunscreen. YOGA/MEDITATION TEACHERS and other Volunteers are needed!
