Do you want to learn how you can spend a little time prepping meals on the weekend so that you can spend less time in the kitchen later in the week? In this class, we will discuss the different types of meal prepping, how to prepare a healthy menu, and the basic food safety principles that apply to meal prepping. This class will be taught by Christi Evans, Registered Dietitian and FCS Educator, from the Cleveland County OSU Extension office
