Project Responsibilities • Manage Construction Projects • Overseeing the construction process • Upholding quality materials and procedure • Manage manpower • Ensure Project is Compliant with all safety and building regulations • Work closely with Architects, Engineers and Project Managements for any impromptu matters relating to current projects. • Coordinate all other trade contractors on project • Blueprint reading and specification • Attending site visits meetings, taking meeting minutes and perform meeting follow ups • Reaching out to suppliers for quotations, putting together cost estimating • Project Scheduling, RFI’s, Submittals and Change Orders. • Keeping daily employee and Project logs Other Requirements: • Must be knowledgeable of Auto-Cad, Microsoft Word and Excel • Good writing and communications skills • Experience in Construction Project Management – 2-3 years • Degree or higher years in construction experiences • Must possess a Driver's License • OSHA – 40hrs and or SST • Must be a confidential individual • Must be punctual • Must be reliable and trustworthy Kindly email your resume to [email protected] If you have any questions or concern, kindly call 718-532-0051.
