Real Estate Company located in Long Island City, Queens is looking for handyman/porter to join property maintenance team. Candidate should have at least one year experience working as a handyman. Driver's license and driving company van on daily basis is required for this position. Work schedule will include Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. Job duties include: • Ability to work independently and multitask. • Basic electrical repairs and installations. • Basic plumbing repairs and installations. • Basic carpentry. • Sheetrock, plaster, and paint. • General cleaning and upkeep of property grounds including snow removal. • Assisting contractors by providing access to properties. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and climb ladders. • Other duties assigned as needed.
