Learn how to make delicious gluten free muffins, cookies, bread, pancakes and cookies!
GF Baking: Gluten free grains can be enjoyed in muffins, bread, pancakes and cookies, but require a bit of cooking coaching as they are different from traditional grains. This class will offer tips for working with gluten free flours while participants help create Pumpkin Oatmeal Pancakes, Dinner Rolls, and Two Minute Biscuits to enjoy in class.
All ingredients used will be gluten free, however this class is hosted in a studio kitchen that does prepare gluten items.
Jeanne Givelekian is a Holistic Chef, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Founder of Purposeful Eats, LLC. Her love for whole, unprocessed food has inspired her to prepare nutritious and delicious meals, and engage in a healthy lifestyle, to overcome both personal and family health issues. She offers a variety of cooking classes for adults and students to explore the 'what' and 'why' behind food choices and then implement the 'how' in making recipes and dishes because healthy eating habits begin in the kitchen.
