The mixer operator is responsible for making batches of material in accordance with our specifications. He or she weighs up materials, cleans mixing areas and troubleshoots any mixing problems. In addition, he or she is responsible for any other tasks the plant supervisor deems necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Review mixing schedules Produce batches in mixer, as scheduled Produce standard production batches by following the mixing procedure Complete necessary paperwork correctly and timely Ensure lean procedures are conducted throughout batch process Keep work area clean and neat Manufacturing or production experience preferred Forklift experience helpful Full time position Health benefits 401k Apply in person American Adhesive Coatings Company 12 Osgood Street Lawrence MA
