I need a detailed painter to come do some interior touchup paint on a property in Kannapolis. A few areas need alittle sanding. A few places need drywall patches and mud. Windows have been glazed and need to be cleaned up. Just touching everything up real good before the house goes on the market. The back deck was stained darker than the front. Needs to be redone. I need a Carpenter. I have a few doors that won't close. I need to put several door knobs on and check the hardware on all cabinets. I have stairs that need to be done. Looking to get this stuff done asap. Looking for someone that does detailed work. Work will be inspected before pay. Text 980-2five9-3308
