A head-to-toe workout in just 50 minutes. Take a mat Pilates class with Paige, the Studio Manager and Instructor for Bodybar Pilates. Class will take place every Thursday at 8:30am during the entire month of May. This full-body toning sesh will teach you all the exercises you need to build yourself up to a Pilates Reformer class at our soon to be location in Downtown Tampa. While this is a non-reformer Pilates class, you’ll get the most out of your arms and abs with energizing variations of planks, pikes, crunches, and more. Please bring a mat, water, and an optional set of handheld weights to class. Meet you on the mat!
