Get inspired by two special guests and fabulous women who bring their own life experiences, creativity and unique vibes to the event. This will be a night filled with positive energy, love and joy! Meet Gianna Vallefuoco, an inspirational, creative Artist & Mindfulness Teacher - Our evening starts with an Introduction to Mindfulness. Learn basic principles of mindfulness as a practice for real life. Gianna will present principles from psychology, neuroscience, fine art, and mindfulness to help create awareness and navigate life’s daily challenges. Want to learn how to love more deeply, work more skillfully, and live an intentional life without being overwhelmed by stress? All of the above is possible and we deserve it. Gianna knows how to deliver mindfulness in simple terms!Meet StefMarie Cole, a powerful, motivational Poetess/Author & Mental Health Advocate - We will listen to some powerful poetry by StefMarie. She has been writing and performing poetry for over 20 years. As a new author of 2 new books, "Not Freely Given" & “A Sound Mind”, she takes pride in promoting healing, self care, & empowering others through her passion.
