Although she provides support to her patients on their rehab journeys, and she helps her clients reach their goals and find (or build upon) their purpose. She brings a lot to the table! She is passionate about injury prevention and discovering movements that you enjoy. She believes that getting your activity in is important, but you have to do it safely.
