Terms & Conditions- This application is a contractAny refund of show fee is at the discretion of event coordinatorsAny exhibitor or vendor who fails to set up for the event shall forfeit their space and no refund will be givenMoney will not be refunded due to poor weather conditionsDeadline for filing application is September 16, 2022 or as space allowsEach Non-profit, For-Profit, Snack space will be a 10 foot space. Each vendor will be assigned a time of arrival. You must adhere to this or you may be turned away.Each food truck or vendor will be allotted 10 foot wide approximate space, make note on registration of truck length if applicable.You must provide own table/chairsYou must provide your own generator if your exhibit/concession needs power. Limited electric is available.You are responsible for the clean-up of your area during and after the close of the eventPrices go up after July 31 2022.
