McNeill Signs is looking to add additional workers to its sign manufacturing and installation teams. Industry experience in trim cap or vinyl is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals. Shop workers $14-$16/HR to start for the first 90 day probationary period. (depending on experience) Installation Helpers $17-$19/HR to start for the first 90 day probationary period. Lead Installers $25/hr. and up depending on experience Monday through Friday Day shift
