Learn how to make herbal teas with plants from Africa with our guest instructor Kim Curtis In this workshop Kim Curtis will teach participants how to make herbal teas from traditional plants brought to the Americas during the African diaspora. Kim Curtis is a yoga and dance instructor, educator and community garden organizer. Kim is grateful to connect with the New Orleans community through teaching self-care techniques, meditation, yoga and herbalism classes. In recent years her holistic passions gave vision for By Our Hands which produces organic herbs, remedies and holistic workshops in undeserved communities.
