old metal head/punker

I’m a 49 year old guitarist who’s played guitar off and on all his entire life ( really since about 12 ) and would like to find a bassist and drummer to Jam with. I’m into old metal and thrash from the 80s ( this DOES NOT include hair bands ) real punk from that era.. I don’t mean Green Day, blink 182, sum41, etc.. I mean, misfits, dead Kennedy’s, minor threat, black flag, agnostic front, etc. I’m also into more modern bands like, red fang, monolord, the sword, mastodon, and similar bands. I’d like to do covers of some of these bands with a modern sound or twist maybe. I’m also open to other ideas and music. The more obscure the better.
