STATE STREET CAR WASH is hiring a career minded Site Manager who is seeking a fast paced work environment, growth opportunity and enjoys coming to work every day. As a Site Manager you will be working outdoors with your hands alongside our General Manager and our Associates. If you have experience with tools & sales, are driven, possess an unquestionable work ethic, can lead and inspire people to follow you and wish to grow alongside our emerging company then we should talk. Promotions are based on performance, not seniority. This is a full-time hourly position requiring a 50-55 hour work week with two days off a week. The best way to learn how to manage a car wash is to spend the first 2 months performing the duties with the line associates. You're responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash! WHAT YOU WILL DO • Mechanical Inclination. Disassembly and reassembly of machinery with understanding of how moving parts and pieces of equipment work. • Assure excellent customer experience for every customer, every time. • Management of a crew of 7-10 associates and lead by example • Handle customer questions or issues. • Training associates. • Maintenance of car wash equipment. • Manage inventory/ordering. • Constant supervision and upkeep of premises. • Must be able to withstand working outdoors 80%-100% of the time year round. • Has a clear understanding of POS systems and ensures all process are followed. • Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures.
