Rehoming sweet Chinchilla

Unfortunately I have to move across the world for family reasons. And due to Covid regulations and airline restrictions, it is next to impossible to bring along a chinchilla. This is why I am looking for a good and loving home for Max. Max is a three year old chinchilla who is healthy and active! He has a soft grey pelt and weighs under 2 lbs. He is extremely friendly and loves to hop up on your shoulder, and lightly nibble your fingers to show affection. He loves treats and Timothy hay pellets! He is extremely intelligent and can come when called (of course if there is a dandelion drop involved!) He had a run in with cats when he was first adopted and sustained small injuries on his feet (which have since healed) but is otherwise healthy and happy! Chinchillas require dust baths a few times a week, fresh clean water, a large cage, and Timothy pellets. He also needs to be let out occasionally to run and jump. Wood chews are also necessary for his constantly growing teeth. I would include his cage for free as well as all the materials to start his life! Please consider bringing Max into your life. He is a wonderful animal.
