NASSAU COUNTY, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following larcenies from cars that occurred during the week ending Sept. 24. A tablet computer was stolen from an unlocked car parked at the Dunkin Donuts on Linden Boulevard in Elmont on Sept. 18.Both license plates were stolen from a car parked on Norton Drive in Roosevelt on Sept. 18.$3 was stolen from a car parked on Hewlett Heath Road in Hewlett on Sept. 18.$3 was stolen from a car parked on Peggle Lane in Hewlett on Sept. 18.$60 was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Frederick Drive in Plainview on Sept. 18.Both license plates were stolen from a car parked at the Home Depot on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont on Sept. 20.Items were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Sheridan Boulevard in Inwood on Sept. 22.Multiple items were stolen from a car parked on Exford Place in Albertson on Sept. 23.
