What are the consequences of not certifying or having bad data?

During each school year since 2009-10, LEAs have submitted data on their students, staff, programs, services and institutions through the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS). What are the consequences of "not certifying" or having "bad data"?
Topics Addressed: Key roles in CALPADS reporting; Data Management Practices; discussions regarding school startup/set up: student enrollment, attendance, discipline and programs, staff assignments.
Session Format: One day looking at data entry and how it is used.
Stipend: $100 stipend upon completion of the one-day training. Stipends are subject to employer's costs.
