LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following incidents for the two-week period ending Dec. 7. All charges are merely accusations. Russell T. Moskowitz, 53, of Long Beach, was arrested on West Broadway on Nov. 24 and charged with driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.Parimalkumar M. Patel, 34, of Queens Village, was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawful dealing with a child.Pascal G. Delva, 57, of Roosevelt, was arrested on West Park Avenue on Nov. 25 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.James P. Quinn, 37, of Long Beach, was arrested on West Park Avenue on Nov. 26 and charged with DWI.Hugo Marin, 47, of North Baldwin, was arrested on West Beech Street on Nov. 29 and charged with driving with a suspended license, no license and driving an unregistered vehicle.Laura J. Henschel, 37, of Long Beach, was arrested on Grand Boulevard on Dec. 2 and charged with DWI.Frank A. Pelletieri, 59, of Long Beach, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Dec. 5 and charged with DWI with a previous conviction and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.Denzel J. Holder, 25, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Long Beach Boulevard on Dec. 5 and charged with trespassing.
