We take progress and a good weekend workout very seriously! Start your Saturday off by the beach with 3 back to back classes: Cycling, Burn & Power Boxing.
Cycling (8AM): With the best playlist to help get you there, take on hills, endurance pushes and getting your heartrate up with an indoor cycling class catered to improve blood flow, mood & cardiovascular strength.
BURN (9AM): High Intensity Interval Training is all about being effective. With this class, you will power through different cardio and bodyweight conditoning geared towards strength & a cardio boost in one.
Power Boxing (10AM): Incorporate the fundamentals of boxing techniques alongside cardio exercises & ab strengthening circuits in between. *All levels welcome*!
