BRANDON, FL — A woman was captured on home surveillance footage stealing Halloween decorations from homes in Brandon and Seffner from Oct. 16 to Oct. 20, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. The suspect was also captured on camera stealing a Christmas wreath off someone's door in the Brandon area, authorities said. A suspect was seen on camera taking Christmas and Halloween decorations from Brandon and Seffner homes.
