invites you to join her for a 4-part Stress and Anxiety Workshop. Teri will guide you in coping and healing these challenging emotions through a 4 step process:
1. Bringing conscious awareness to the physical signs and symptoms you experience from these emotions.
2. Accepting these emotions.
3. Releasing these emotions.
4. Feeling gratitude in the new space created.
To take place Tuesdays from 7-8pm on May 10, 17, 24, 31 at Triad Lifestyle Medicine.
The workshop is design for 8-12 people. We must have a minimum of 8 participants. If we are unable to obtain this minimum, we will cancel and issue refunds.
