Place your bets & dress for the occasion with big hats and bowties while sipping a Mint Julep. Benefits homeless pets & rescue horses. It's Kentucky Derby time and time to put on your most festive derby attire. We'll be serving our version of the Mint Julep (alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions available) and awarding prizes for the best hat and best bowtie. Get your picture taken with Pip, the amazing racing donkey. This is an outdoor event. Attendees receive a derby packet with tickets good for refreshments and derby dollars for wagering. Ticket sales benefit homeless pets and rescue horses. Very limited attendance.
