BRANDON, FL —Detectives are searching for a person who shot two women in a car that caused a crash at a Brandon apartment complex on Tuesday night, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. The crash occurred around 10 p.m. near the Westchester Apartments on Nina Elizabeth Circle, according to investigators. Both victims were taken to Tampa General Hospital.
