Cobabe Brothers Plumbing has an immediate need for skilled, qualified and reliable journey-level plumbers to work on a multi-family, tenant improvement project located in Martinez, CA. Applicants must have verifiable experience in the plumbing trade and specific to this type of project. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3-5 years verifiable experience in the plumbing trade • Experience on commercial and/or residential projects; multi-family units • Experience with all phases; underground, rough and finish preferred • Must have reliable transportation to and from work and own basic hand tools • Must be reliable, responsible, and ready to work • Ability to read plans and specs a plus • Ability to pass pre-employment screening is a must! • Supervisory, lead or foreman experience is a plus • Good communication and ability to take direction a must!
