Guest appearances by twenty plus Fall River Residents! This film was shot entirely in Fall River and includes special shots of St Anne's Church, The Braga Bridge and more! Synopsis: After a recoveree is released from rehab the spirit of his best friend haunts him in an attempt to cause a relapse. This event will feature a Film screening. Special Music Video. Q&A. SPECIAL DIRECTOR'S NOTE: While there are many routes one may take in recovery, I am a firm believer in hope, positivity and the belief that recovery is possible. However, there is an unfortunate side to addiction. A darker side. Blood Brothers holds up a mirror to a specific view into addiction. It's inspired by true events based off of a friend I had growing up who always mentioned that voices were following him. These "voices," are the focus. Blood Brothers offers a brief glimpse into the struggles of addiction. THE CAST Pamela Jayne Morgan - Pamela Jayne Morgan is an award-winning SAG-AFTRA actress who hails from Lizzie Borden's hometown of Fall River, Massachusetts. Based in New York City and Boston, she found her rightful place, as a teen, on the theatrical stage, even being inducted into her high school's Drama Hall of Fame. Her extensive career includes radio voice-overs, "corporatainment" producer, theatrical dance studio owner, co-founder of a non-profit performing arts organization for children and teens, and children's theater director. Later in life she got back to her acting roots in the Boston and NY markets. Alex Portenko - Alex Portenko was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. His family won a green card lottery and moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1999. Alex began acting in High School when a friend invited him to audition for a student directed theatre festival. He's worked with award-winning, regional theatre companies like Company One & Gloucester Stage Company, and was a guest actor with the Boston Lyric Opera. Alex booked his first film role in Proud Mary (2018), and soon after appeared in Ghost Light (2018) as Nigel Bloom alongside Carol Kane, Cary Elwes, Roger Bart, Shannyn Sossamon & Tom Riley. Samuel Martin Lewis - Samuel Martin Lewis is known for Blood Brothers (2020), Murder in the Heartland (2017) and People Magazine Investigates (2016). Samuel Martin Lewis has worked extensively for TV, Film and Theater from Boston all the way to California. Danny Audette - Danny Audette was born and raised in Fall River, Ma. He is an actor and producer, known for The Critic (2022), A Lost Song: The Mystery Man (2020) and Blood Brothers (2020). Danny has worked in Boston for TV, commercials and theater. Chelsea Evered - Chelsea is a CT native and is an actress and producer, known for Only Fans - Allowed, Poor Paul (2008) and The Critic (2022). She's performed as Juliet and Romeo and Juliet and graduated from Emerson college. She's currently in LA pursuing her film career and recently signed with an agency. Michael Alli - Michael Alli is another Fall River native. He's an actor, dancer and producer, known for The Critic (2022), Unconditional Love (2016) and Lean In (2021). He's performed in multiple feature films and has been featured in Dance Video's with "Da Baby." Robby Goulet - Robby Goulet is a Swansea MA native and made his film debut in Blood Brothers. He's currently enrolled at Case High School where his high school theater were the Regional winners of the MA drama fest winners. Jackson Christison - Jackson Christison is an actor, known for Alternate Ground (2021), Katie Fforde (2010) and Blood Brothers (2020).
