A community gathering to promote healthy American Indian communities. Join us for the annual Tribal Community Wellness and Awareness Conference, hosted by Arizona Complete Health and Care1st. This annual event brings together all Tribal community members for a day of fun activities, educational workshops, cultural awareness and reconnecting with friends. Date: Friday, June 17, 2022 Time: Registration/Breakfast at 8am-8:45am, Conference at 9am-4pm Location: Harrah's Ak-chin Casino & Resort Target Audience: All Tribal community members (including youth 12-17 yrs old, with parent/chaperone), parents, elders, Tribal agency staff. Breakfast and Lunch will be served This is a FREE event. **Face masks are recommended but not required** **Masks are available to guests upon request**
