Opus Music Academy is proud to share with you that throughout 2022 we will be hosting a movie night for students, parents, and instructors. This month we will be featuring the movie Mary Poppins, starring Julie Andrews. Mary Poppins is a musical fantasy by Disney, considered Disney's crowning live-action achievement at the time, became the highest-grossing film of 1964 and, at the time of its release, was Disney's highest-grossing film ever. Mary Poppins is a story about a magical nanny who visits a dysfunctional family in London and employs her unique brand of lifestyle to improve the family's dynamic through song and dance. This is a free, all-ages event that will have food, snacks, drinks and movies for both children and adults, with complimentary childcare upon request. Parents are also welcome to drop off their children at any time and pick them back up at or before 9pm, if you would prefer a parent’s night off. RSVP needs to be in one week prior to the event.
