A balloon release to encourage self care. The Millennial Insight is collaborating with The Shenanigans Podcast to host our annual Pack Lite event on Saturday, May 21, from 2pm. Located at Lovett Park, - behind the Lovett Memorial Library. About Pack LitePack Lite is a self awareness workshop that includes writing your hardships on a balloon and releasing it. This represents "letting it go". - Whatever "it" is. Our motto during this event is simple; you cannot reach your highest potential with hurt, trauma or pain in your heart, so... pack lite. Our attendees will be provided green balloons; (green is the color for mental health) and on each balloon everyone will have the chance to write something they want to let go of - that has been holding them back.
