We share our space with another retail business and we ask that you help us be good neighbors and park in Ledo's Pizza parking lot past the dumpster. Turn at the light into Ledo's Pizza. There are steps that will take you to our space. What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds for no shows. Refunds can be obtained up to seven days before a class. We will allow you to transfer your registration to another course. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?You do not need to bring your printed ticket. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?Yes, just let us know which course or for which person. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?It is OK. Please understand that we prepare transcripts based on the registration name. If someone attends in someone else's place, then the transcript will not be prepared and we will mail that to you.
