The owner passed away and her husband is unable to care for this sweet pup properly. The poor pup has been depressed since her owner passed. They were best buds and inseparable. She is a chihuahua terrier mix. She is older/unsure of age. She has skin issues, is blind, overweight and uses puppy pads in the house. If someone with time walked her and took her outside, I’m sure she would be more inclined to go outside. Unfortunately, she is not getting the attention, love and time she deserves. Small rehoming fee just to make sure she goes to a great home. (Negotiable to the right person).
