98Rockfest Postponed At Amalie Arena; New Date Announced

TAMPA, FL - The 98Rockfest which was scheduled to take place on April 17 at Amalie Arena has been postponed. The event will now take place Sept. 4, according to a spokesperson for Amalie Arena. The spokesperson said ticket holders should keep their existing tickets and use them on the new date. In announcing the postponement Monday, the Amalie spokesperson said the decision was taken as a "precautionary measure for the health and safety of the community, patrons, partners and staff." Scheduled performers include Shinedown, Halestorm, Beartooth, Fozzy, The Blue Stones, New Years Day and Crobot. Click here for more information on the event.
