Five Star Realty LLC is interested in contracting with a 1099 contractor for groundskeeping/landscaping work on the properties under management. This a PT/FT position with the amount of work dictated by property requirements. Wage ranges $18/hr - $20/hr depending on experience and skill level. Duties include: 1) Weed and unwanted vegetation control 2) Bush and tree pruning and trimming for plant health and aesthetics 3) Hardscaping of rock beds and walkways 4) Occasional lawn mowing Five Star reality requires that prospective contractors provide or possess: 1) A valid MD drivers license in good standing 2) A social security number or EIN and the ability to work in the United States 3) Reliable transportation, a ¾ ton pickup and landscape trailer preferred 4) Landscaping tools, chain saws, edgers, pruning tools
