Man Charged With DWI In Riverside: Police

RIVERSIDE, NY — A Rocky Point man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Riverside Friday, police said. According to Southampton Town police, at 10:49 p.m., an officer saw Juan C. Osorio-Tejada, 35, heading south on Flanders Road near Old Quogue Road and failing to use his designated lane; an investigation revealed that he was intoxicated, police said. He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor DWI and issued a summons for a traffic violation, police said. Osorio-Tejada was taken to Southampton Town police headquarters and held for morning arraignment, police said.
