Description

This person will be working to repair pallets that are returning from the field. This company provides pallet repair services to companies like Walmart and Poland Springs. Pallets are picked up from different store locations and are brought to the facility. They are then stacked and entered into a sorting machine and sent down the line to the repair team. At the repair station, candidates will review the pallets and make repairs as necessary using hand tools. This company is offering temporary and temporary-to-permanent opportunities. Must haves: -Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day -Ability to lift up 75lbs -open to OT -Interest in advancement with company -experience with hand tools/power tools a MUST Hours: 1st: 7am -3:30pm 2nd: 4pm -12pm 3rd: 11:30pm - 7am Candidates will have the opportunity to grow in this role. They will start in a C1 role, at $20-$22/hr and will be expected to repair 243 pallets per day. They then can move into a C2 role 288 pallets per day ($26/r) and after 12 weeks at C2 can be promoted to C3 at $30/hr and 315 pallets.
