Description
Seeking a person or contractor with carpentery skills to oversee some properties in the Ellsworth and Blue Hill. The person must have the ability to be responsive and possess good human skills to interact with tenants. Work orders will be issued and work will be reviewed by the property manager. Pay will be based on an hourly rate.
